OPERATION CARE

In 2002 Operation Care was started by US military personnel as a volunteer humanitarian-aid organization. Lamia Afghan Foundation was founded to provide a formal corporate entity in support of their noble mission, and to expand its scope and capabilities. Although we are a separate organization, our missions are similar and we continue to work together to achieve our common goals.
